We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • The item is not delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

Refund Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Provide order number and clear photo/video evidence
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

If you receive a broken product, you can send a photo and we will either resend a new item or issue a full refund.
