Overview

We accept exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligible Exchanges

  • Wrong size, color, or model received
  • Defective or damaged item

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition (when applicable)

Process

  • Contact customer support with order details
  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
