Overview
We accept exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligible Exchanges
- Wrong size, color, or model received
- Defective or damaged item
Conditions
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition (when applicable)
Process
- Contact customer support with order details
- Once approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
